Vide order dated 21.04.2009, this Court has granted stay to the impugned judgment dated 20.01.2009 delivered in M.A.C.P. No. 44/2006 subject to depositing Rs. 85,000/- in the Court within a period of six weeks. The record shows that amount of Rs. 25,000/- has been deposited on 18.04.2009 and amount of Rs. 60,000/- has been deposited on 08.07.2009.
