The petition is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 07.03.2022 passed by the District Court, Jalgaon rejecting the Misc. Appeal No. 4 of 2022, confirming the order dated 16.12.2021 passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon rejecting the petitioner's application for temporary injunction. 2.

Mr. Bhandari, learned Counsel for the petitioner submit that he has instructions to withdraw the petition. Only the prayer that Mr. Bhandari makes is that since the suit is pending since 2019 an appropriate direction be issued to the trial Court to expedite the hearing in the suit.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn

The Trial Court is requested to expedite the hearing of the suit and shall endeavour to decide the same within a period of 18 months from today.
