The respective applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 2812 days, which appears inordinate in nature. However, the applicants appear poor persons and therefore, considering their statutory right and for the reasons stated in the applications, the delay of 2812 days stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for the delayed period in taking circulation.
