The application is filed for condonation of delay of 83 days caused in filing proceeding against the order made by the learned Registrar Judicial and also for setting aside the order of learned Registrar Judicial by which registration is refused. In view of the contents of the application and submissions made, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order of learned Registrar Judicial is set aside. The matter is restored to its original number.
