This is an application for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing review application.

2 ca 4382.18 applicant, learned Additional Government Pleader and Mr. Sharma, learned counsel for the non applicants. 3.

Against the order passed in writ petition, the applicant had approached the Apex Court by filing the Special Leave Petition (hereinafter referred to 'S.L.P.'). In the S.L.P. opportunity is given to the applicant to file Review Application. In view of the fact that the S.L.P. was filed and time was lost in the same, delay of 12 days is caused.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed, delay is condoned. Civil application accordingly stands disposed of.
