This is an application for condonation of delay of 512 days in filing review.

Mr. Totala, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant had filed Special Leave Petition before the Apex Court. The Apex Court dismissed the said Special Leave Petition on 8th July, 2019. Thereafter, the petitioner filed review before the Apex Court. The review was dismissed on 17th September, 2019 and thereafter the present review is filed before this Court. Delay is caused for the aforesaid reason. 3.

Learned AGP waives service for respondent No.1. Mr. Dande, the learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 to 5. 4.
