Heard Mr. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

A limited grievance is raised in this petition in respect of transfer order issued by respondent No.3 on the request of petitioner himself. It is submitted before us that an error was

2 944-3723-19.doc committed by the petitioner while filling up the on-line application form. Considering the request made by the petitioner, he came to be transferred to the Zilla Parishad, Pune.

The petitioner submitted representation to the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad dated 17/11/2018 inviting attention of the Education Officer to the Government order, is pending before the authority for a considerable period. Learned counsel also submitted before us that due to inadvertence, the petitioner failed to submit representation to the proper authority namely respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad and the petitioner if permitted, would submit a representation to respondent No.3 within a period of two weeks from today on the same lines as of the application submitted to the Education Officer dated 17/11/2018.

The petitioner is also permitted to submit representation to respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today. If such a representation is submitted, the Chief Executive Officer to decide the same on its own merits within a period of six weeks.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
