Present petition has been filed with following prayer. "B.

The Respondent No.2-Sub Divisional Officer may kindly be directed to correct the nomenclature of the Tribe in the Tribe Certificate of the petitioner as Mannervarlu instead of Mannerwarlu, and issue such corrected Tribe Certificate to the petitioner having proper nomenclature as Mannervarlu Tribe, as early as possible."

Learned AGP waives notice for both respondents. 3.

It is correction in the Tribe name in the certificate issued by the respondent no.2 to the extent of letter 'V' instead of 'W' in format C as per Government Resolution dated 22.6.2016. In view of the said limited prayer and as certificate should be with proper nomenclature, petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed off.

Petitioner to surrender the original tribe certificate now issued to him within a period of two weeks from today.
