The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have filed application U/Sec. 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act. Same is not decided. The learned A. G. P. accepts notice for all respondents.

In case application of the petitioners filed U/Sec. 28-A of the L. A. Act is pending with the respondent No. 2, then the respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight (08) months from today.
