The Petitioner has already been transferred by order dated 21st March, 2023 and relieved by the order dated 16th May, 2023. He is presently working at the place of transfer.

Considering the pleadings before us, we are not inclined to deal with the transfer order since the Petitioner submits that his representation tendered to the Zilla Parishad be considered. The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the representation will be considered as per the provisions of the Government Resolution dated 7th April, 2021. Only if it is possible, feasible and practicable, subject to available vacancy, the representation would be looked into. 14.wp4427.24.odt
