O R D E R

Learned Counsel Mr. M.S. Shaikh for the appellant alongwith appellant-Ashok Bhima Shewale and Mr. Mohit R. Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the respondent no.2/Bajaj Allianz General-Insurance Co. Ltd., are present before the Panel today. They tender on record the terms of settlement which is marked as 'Exhibit-X' for identification. 2.

With the assistance of learned Counsels, we have ascertained the identification of appellant-Ashok who is present today. He confirms the terms of settlement. 3.

Parties before the Panel pray to dispose of the first appeal in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X.

As per the terms of settlement, the respondent no.2/ Bajaj Allianz General-Insurance Co. Ltd., shall deposit an

973-FA-703-2024 -2additional amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) towards full and final settlement in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Shrirampur within a period of six weeks from today. The same shall be treated as an Undertaking. 5.

The appellant shall pay additional court fees on enhanced compensation.

On depositing the amount, the same alongwith accrued interest, shall be disbursed to the appellant. 7.

The First Appeal is disposed of in terms of settlement at Exhibit-X and the minutes of the order passed today. 8.

The Court fees shall be refunded as per rules. 9.

Award be drawn up accordingly.

10.

Civil Application pending if any, is disposed of. 11.

Record and Proceeding if any, be remitted back to the concerned Court/Tribunal.
