The learned advocate for respondent No. 1 submits that respondent No. 1 had published a proclamation / public notice for auction of the property bearing industrial plot No. C-234, MIDC, Waluj dated 18.2.2014. However no offers are received pursuant to the said public notice and that the said public notice would not survive.

In view of the aforesaid statement that no offers are received pursuant to impugned public notice dated 18.2.2014 and that no further steps are now to be taken pursuant to that impugned public notice dated 18.2.2014, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive.

The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs. 4.
