PER COURT :- In terms of the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Beed dated 15.7.2017, it would be open for the petitioner to tender an application for issuance of tribe certificate to the Sub Divisional Officer, Vaijapur. If the petitioner tenders application to the concerned authority, the concerned authority shall take appropriate decision in the matter, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the application.
