We have considered the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel, on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Chief Government Pleader, on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 3. 2.

We have perused the communication dated 22.09.2021 from the Deputy Commissioner, Revenue, the Divisional Commissioner's Office, Aurangabad, addressed to the District Collector, Aurangabad.

The learned Senior Counsel submits that a direction that the District Collector should consider the communication and initiate steps as are permissible in law, would satisfy the grievance of the

942wp4298.22 petitioners. Since no action is being initiated, the petitioners had to approach this Court.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. 5.

We expect, respondent No. 3 to consider the communication received by him, dated 22.09.2021 and initiate steps as are permissible in law.
