When the present petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner tendered across the bar the copies of the compromise arrived at between the parties in Lok Adalat held on 17.03.2019 in the Trial Court. The documents placed on record reveal that, the parties have amicably settled the dispute between them and reunion has occurred and the parties are now happily residing with each other. The papers tendered across the bar are taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification.
