The appellants - claimants are seeking condonation of delay of 2887 days in filing First Appeal.

Learned Counsel for acquiring body despite appearance remained absent. The delay is inordinate but considering the statutory right of the appellants - claimants, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of cost of Rs.4,000/- (rupees four thousands only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Pooja Kale 1/2
