PER COURT:

This court, under order dated 8.12.2016 granted stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Reference Court subject to condition that the appellant Acquiring Body shall deposit the entire decretal amount awarded by the Reference Court, alongwith interest accrued thereon in this appeal, within a period of twelve weeks. But, it appears that there is no compliance of the said order. The appellant Acquiring Body did not deposit the decretal amount in this court. Hence, the applications for stay stand rejected. The respondents original claimants are at liberty to execute the award before the Executing Court as per the provisions of law.
