Perusal of the record indicates that there are three reports lodged in respect of one incident. There appears dispute between the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant/Appellant in both Applications and Appeal recorded no objection for grant of anticipatory bail against each other. 3.

Learned APP opposed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the nature of allegations

35-ABA-336-2023+.odt made in FIRs, custodial interrogation of the Applicants/Appellant may not be necessary. Hence, the order:

O R D E R

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 336 of 2023 is allowed in terms of order dated 09th March, 2023.

(ii) Anticipatory Bail Application No. 626 of 2023 is allowed in terms of order dated 27th April, 2023.

(iii)In the event of arrest the Appellant - Narendra Himmatrao Ahirrao in connection with C.R. No. 56 of 2023 registered with Amalner Police Station, Dist. Jalgaon Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 294, 323, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, he shall be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs. 15,000 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(iv) He shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

(v) He is further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation.
