In the light of the statements made by the learned AGP for the respondents, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no.1 to decide the pending proposal of the petitioner dated 30.07.2014, referred to above, within a period of eight weeks from today and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 4.
