The learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGP and Mr. Jadhavar the learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7 submit that the petitioners are similarly situated as the petitioners in Writ Petition No.404 of 2020 decided under order dated 8th January, 2020 and request that the same order be passed in the present matter. 2.

In light of that, we pass the following order. 3.

The respondent no.5 shall consider the service record of petitioners and take decision about the entitlement of petitioners for salary from May/June-2013 and if it is found that petitioners are entitled for the payment of salary, the same shall be paid to petitioners. This shall be done within a period of three (03) months.
