By this Civil Application applicants seek permission to intervene and implead them as petitioners as they are similarly situated.

For the reasons recorded in the Civil Application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (B).

We allow the applicants to be impleaded as petitioner nos.6 to 12. Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The amendment shall be carried out in the copies supplied to the respondents simultaneously. The payment of Court fees if required to be made by the newly added petitioners shall be paid before the next date.
