The parties have settled the claim. The terms of compromise duly verified on affidavit, have been placed on record and marked "X" for identification. It is informed that the parties could not come to the Court due to Covid restrictions. Learned Advocate has also given its certificate that the compromise is in the interest of the minor claimants.

In view of the settlement arrived at, the First Appeal stands disposed of. In view of disposal of First Appeal, Civil Application No.3059 of 2020 also stands disposed of.

The amount deposited in this Court, be paid to the parties to the appeal in terms of the compromise. The amount payable to the minors i.e. Komal and Mangal, be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalised bank of the choice of their mother, until both of them attain the age of majority.
