Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The present appeals are filed by the acquiring body against the order passed by the reference court enhancing the compensation. Stay is granted by this court, subject to deposit of 50% of the compensation as awarded by the reference court.

The present civil applications are filed for withdrawal of amount.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the earlier order passed by this court in Civil Application No.771 of 2023 with connected matters, dated 13.06.2023, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire amount deposited in this court along with accrued interest thereon.

It is further directed that the amounts be transmitted to the reference court so as to enable the applicants to withdraw the same by furnishing undertaking in the same court, as the
4 937+ applicants are the old persons and they have difficulty in travelling to this court.
6.
The withdrawal of amount is allowed in terms of the shares mentioned in the reference court award.
7.
The civil applications for withdrawal of amount are disposed of accordingly.
