We have heard Mr. Gunale, the learned counsel for petitioners, Mr. Sangle the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 and the learned A. G. P. for other respondents also. 2.
The grievance of petitioners is that, this court has passed an order on 09th July, 2015 directing the respondents to pay additional amount of compensation at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of taking over possession on the amount of total compensation under the award. The court had not specified
2 cp 202.16 any time limit in the said order. The present contempt petition is filed on the ground that the order passed by this court on 09th July, 2015 is not complied.

The respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 have filed affidavit stating that as per the orders of this court the calculation have been made and the amount has been demanded. The same probably has been done in April, 2016.

Considering the above, now only payment is required to be made. We direct the respondents to make the payment expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (4) months from today. The Contempt Petition is accordingly disposed of. [ K. K. SONAWANE, J. ] [ S. V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ] bsb/June 16
