Learned counsel for the respondents points out that there is alternate remedy of preferring revision before the State Government under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will prefer revision before the State Government as mandated under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the delay caused in pursuing this petition may be condoned.

Petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy as is available under law. If revision is preferred, the revisional authority may consider the time lapsed in pursuing this petition. Petition is disposed of with these directions.
