Learned advocate for the applicant submits that stipulation of time for making deposit as granted under order dated 15th February, 2018 could not be met with due to reasons beyond control of the applicant and as such, requests for extension of time to make deposit of the amount.

In view of aforesaid, civil application stands granted in terms of prayer clause "B" and is disposed of. 3.
