The reasons assigned for condonation of delay have not been controverted. There are no mala fides on the part of the appellants to prefer second appeal belatedly. For the reasons stated in the application, it is desirable to condone the delay.

The Civil Application is allowed by condoning delay of 508 days in preferring second appeal on condition of payment of costs of Rs. 2000/- (Rs.
