The Civil Applications are filed to bring on record the L.Rs. of deceased petitioner No.1-b. The respondents are not seriously resisted the applications. The respondents are not filed their reply. It is stated in both the applications that deceased Sandeep died untimely death caused due to cancer

and his wife and son were under tremendous shock for a considerable period. Moreover, the applicant is a single mother without family support was facing various problems while raising the minor child. Thus, considering the entire aspect of the case and for the reason stated in the application, both the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. 2.

Civil Applications are accordingly disposed off. 3.

Both the writ petitions shall be tagged and placed before the Court for hearing on the next date.
