Mr.Joshi, learned counsel states that he has returned the papers to the petitioner. The said statement was even made on April 29, 2016. This Court has recorded the said statement on 29.4.2016. Thereafter, the matter appeared on

2 W.P.No.2421/13 the Board from time to time and lastly on 7.7.2017, this Court passed an order that if nobody turns up for the petitioner on the next date, the matter will be dismissed.

Today also, nobody appears for the petitioner to work out the matter.

Even otherwise, the dispute is with regard to the mutation entries. All authorities are against the petitioner. Moreover, if any civil litigation is pending, the revenue entries are always subject to the decision of the Civil Court.

The Writ Petition as such is dismissed.

No costs.
