The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that even his application for parole leave has been refused to be accepted by the respondent authorities.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader was requested to take instructions. On instructions he submits that the petitioner never made any application. If he tenders the application to the Jail Authority same will be processed. 4.

We dispose of the criminal writ petition by permitting the petitioner to tender his application for parol leave, which the respondent/jail authority shall process further in accordance
