By this application, the applicants seeks to condone the delay of 281 days caused in filing this application for bringing on record the legal heirs and also seeks permission to bring applicants as legal heirs of deceased Gangabai Baburao Bhande, who died on 23.10.2020.

Heard learned advocate appearing for the respective parties. 3.

Attention of this Court is drawn to the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos.5 and 6 to explain the delay caused in filing the application.

Considering the reasons, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay, so also to permit the applicants to bring them as legal heirs of deceased Gangabai on record. Hence, the order.
