ORDER :- This application is for amendment of the petition which was wrongly referred to as for intervention in the order dated 17 June, 2022. The order dated 17 June, 2022, is accordingly, recalled. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 3.

The Writ Petition is still at a pre-admission stage. Learned AGP points out that the grounds as sought to be added are already raised in the petition and the applicant may annex the documents, annexed with the application.

In that view of the matter, the application is allowed in

{2} 909CA6854.22.odt terms of the prayer clause 'A'. Necessary amendment / production of the documents be made within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioner to supply a copy of the amended petition along with the annexures to the other side.
