It is submitted that the caste claim of the petitioner is pending since the year 2013. As yet the vigilance is also not conducted. The learned AGP accepts notice for both the respondents. In case, the caste claim of the petitioner is pending verification with the Committee, then the Committee shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 13th December, 2021.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
