None appears for the applicants. None appears for the respondent despite service of court notice.

I have considered the reasons set out by the applicants seeking condonation of delay of 167 days caused in filing the AO. If the delay is not condoned, the applicants would lose a valuable right of challenging the impugned order.

In view of the above, this application is allowed and the delay of 167 days is condoned by imposing costs of Rs.1,000/- which the applicants, together, shall deposit with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft khs/OCT.2018/4277-d

(Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad Dengi Samiti") on or before 26/10/2018.

Applicants to remove all office objections on or before 26/10/2018, failing which, the AO shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 29/10/2018.

If the objections are removed, list the AO for admission on 31/10/2018.
