Heard rival submissions. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 - acquiring body despite appearance, remained absent. 2.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by respondent No.1 / acquiring body under order dated 07/02/2023 vide CA No. 1327 of 2023 alongwith the interest accrued thereon.

This court vide order dated 07/02/2023 has already granted liberty to the applicants for withdrawing the aforesaid amounts. Further, in other connected matter, similar order of withdrawal has been passed by this court on 11/04/2023. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire amount alongwith interest accrued thereon till date, which is deposited in this court vide order dated 07/02/2023 in CA No. 1327 of 2023 on usual
