1] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is already commenced. The victim is examined and she is crossed examined by the applicant. 2] In the event trial does not conclude, liberty is granted to the applicant to apply afresh after 6 months. 3] In view of the above, the Bail Application is disposed of, with liberty as aforesaid.

4] Ms. Mayur S. Hange, learned counsel appointed by this Court to represent the cause of respondent no.2, shall be paid fees of Rs.10,000/- by the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
