1. An affidavit of service sworn by one Shreekant Mohan Jadhav on behalf of the petitioner dated 22.02.2022 indicates that the respondent No. 1 and 3 to 8 have been served on their addresses.

2. Learned counsel, however, submits that he has filed Civil Application No. 3930/2022 seeking to serve the respondents by making a publication in the newspaper i.e. by substituted service.

3. In view of the recitals of the affidavit, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondents by publication in the newspaper circulated in the vicinity of the addresses of the respondents.

4. The Civil Application stands disposed of.

5. List the petition on 28.04.2022.
