Heard learned counsel for the applicants / appellants. 2.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 26/09/2017, whereby registration of their frst appeal was refused for non-removal of offce objections. There is also a huge delay for fling this application and in the meantime, the appeal memo and annexures are also destroyed. The learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to reconstruct the appeal and documents and to remove all the offce objections within six weeks. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated 26/09/2017 stands recalled and the appeal after reconstruction be restored for removal of offce objections within six weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.4,000/- to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.
