The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2016. The petitioner has appeared for 1 st year B.H.M.S. examination. His result is also declared but eligibility is not being completed on the ground validity certificate is not submitted.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts the notice of Respondent No.1 and Mr. Sant, the learned counsel accepts notice for Respondent No.3.

The Respondent No.1 - Committee, shall decide the validation proceeding within six (6) months from the date of the appearance of petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 28.03.2018. The Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not take coercive steps against the petitioner in prosecuting the studies of the second year only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.
