Issue notice to the respondents. The learned AGP waives notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 and Mr.Suryawanshi, learned Counsel waives notice for respondent nos.3 and 4.

Mr.Deshmukh, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal seeking

2 49-WP-3613.odt approval to continuation of the services of the petitioners from the initial date of appointment is presented to respondent no.2 by the Institution on 07.01.2016, however, no steps are taken on it as yet.

In case the proposal seeking approval to continuation of the services of the petitioners is pending, respondent no.2 shall take decision on it on merits and in accordance with the provisions of law expeditiously and preferably, within a period of three months from today.

With these directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
