This is an application for speaking to the minutes in respect of name of the respondent indicated in the order dated 9.2.2022 ( Coram : Bharti Dangre, J).

The learned counsel for applicant/original respondent invited my attention to the fact that name of applicant/ original respondent in W.P. No. 8010 of 2017 is "Pandurang Ranba Sonkamble" and not "Pandurang Dnyanoba Sonkamble".

In an order dated 22.11.2017 in C.A. No. 13954 of 2017 in CA No. 12417 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 8010 of 2017, this Court (Coram : Ravindra Ghuge, J) had permitted to carry out necessary

- 2 - 902 sr.no..odt correction in the writ petition. However, it could not be carried out due to negligence.

In the interest of justice, necessary corrections be carried out and the corrected copy be uploaded on the website within 4 days. Civil application is disposed of.
