Learned counsel for the appellants/original claimants in appeals has filed compromise pursis signed by him for the appellants and signed by Mr. P.P. Warade, Executive Engineer Waghur Dam Division Jalgaon and Mrs. Chaitali Choudhary, learned counsel for respondent No. 3 and Mr. A. M. Phule, AGP for the State. In the said pursis it is stated that parties have compromised the matters in terms of order passed by this court (Coram: S. V. Gangapurwala, J.) in first appeal No. 3036 of 2013 and other connected appeals, dated 19-12-2013 and request is made to dispose of the appeals.

3036 of 2013 referred to above and pursis filed by the parties, decree be drawn in terms of compromise pursis 'X'.
