The petitioner seeks direction against Respondent No. 3, to decide the objection and also about enquiry.

If the petitioner has a grievance with regard to the mutation entry, then petitioner has remedy under section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code. As far as the dispute of title is concerned the petitioner has alternate, efficacious remedy available.
