DATE : 28th April, 2017 ORAL ORDER The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is not in a position to furnish the bank guarantee and, therefore, the order dated 17.11.2016 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.14689 of 2016 be modified to the effect that the applicant may be permitted to furnish surety instead of bank guarantee.

I do not find any reason to grant such permission. Civil Application is hereby rejected.
