Validation proceedings in respect of tribe claims of the petitioners are pending. The petitioners are compulsorily required to serve bond period.

The respondents may issue internship completion certificates to the petitioners and the documents required for serving bond period. The respondents shall not issue degree certificates to the petitioners, unless and until the petitioners produce validity certificates. The petitioners shall also not take further benefits of reservation till the validity is issued to the petitioners.

The petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 16.03.2020. The proceedings be decided by the Committee within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioners.

In view of the above, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
