PER COURT :

The applicant prays for condonation of delay of 234 days and for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 17/07/2017, by which, the Writ Petition was refused registration for non removal of office objections.

For the reason set out in the application, the same is allowed subject to costs of Rs. 500/- which the applicant shall deposit with the Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad, through Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft (Demand Draft be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad - CSR Fund") and shall report compliance of this direction by producing a receipt of having deposited the amount, before the Registrar (Judicial) of this

Court on/or before 20/08/2018.

On the condition to deposit money and on removing all office objections on/or before 24/08/2018, the order of the learned Registrar shall stand recalled, failing which this order shall stand recalled, this Civil Application shall stand rejected and the earlier order shall then stand restored.
