Heard Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Lakhotiya, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The learned A. G. P. submits that, the Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division has intimated that the petitioner's name is included in the Shalarth Pranali. The communication is placed on record and marked as Exhibit "X" for identification.

In view of that, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
