Government Pleader informs that the cheque has been deposited and the amount in turn will be credited in the bank account of the respective petitioner, except petitioner - Mandir Sansthan. He also states that the Mandir Sansthan would be paid the amount shortly, since permission from the Joint Charity Commissioner is required to be obtained for making payment to the said trust. The concerned has applied the Joint Charity Commissioner for the same. 2.

In view of the statement made by learned Addl. Govt. Pleader, the petition stands disposed of with a rider that the same would be taken on board no sooner learned counsel for the petitioners
