This application is filed for stay to the execution of impugned Judgment and Award challenged in the appeal. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant is ready to deposit the amount in the Court and urged to stay the execution.

Considering the submissions advanced, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount within four weeks. Failure to deposit the amount, interim stay granted stands vacated without further reference to the Court.
