The petition is filed to challenge the order of Adhoc District Judge, Aurangabad passed in Regular Darkhast No.325 of 2013, which is filed for execution of award delivered by the Arbitral Tribunal. The Arbitral Tribunal has given direction to the present Petitioner, who is employer of the judgment debtor, Shaikh Badshah Rodushah, that the employer should deduct Rs.3,000/- per month from the salary of the judgment debtor and that amount should be deposited in the Court. The submissions made by both the sides show that the employer is running the business at MIDC, Aurangabad and it may face difficulty to depute somebody every month with amount of Rs.3,000/- for depositing it in the Court. In view of the availability of mode of transfer of amount like RTGS, this Court is making modification in the said

The Petitioner, employer is allowed to deposit the amount as ordered by the Executing Court in the account of Respondent, Bank by RTGS mode in the loan account of Respondent No.2. Number of the said account, which can be used for transfer of RTGS mode is to be supplied by the Bank to the employer in writing. The amount, which has remained to be paid by the employer is also to be deposited by using same mode so that no arrears are kept. In view of aforesaid terms, the petition is disposed of.
